Important Notes
Please understand that I only accept USD, both locally and globally. I accept payment via ABA (locally) and PayPal (globally).
*Please note that the standard price below is set for locals (Cambodians). If you wish to learn more about the prices for global clients, please refer to [section 4] in the terms of service.

RULES OF CHARACTER SHOWCASE

1. Allowed to have 1 FULL BODY(at most)
2. Allowed to have 2 duplicates MAX (EX. 2 HEADSHOTS + 2 CHIBIS)
or if you want, you can just do 1 dupe
(and no, dupes do not do the same pose or anything, it just means you're getting something of equivalent value)

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. According to what you choose as the [base price], you can only select an [extra character] of equivalent price or lower.

> You want a bust-up flats($20) with 4 reference drawings of an OC
> This means you cannot choose reference drawings with a value above $20
> Theoretically, the price should be $50 for 4 drawings
> The combination of drawing type is up to you but cannot exceed $20
> A combination example could be: Bust up flat($20) [this is the base price] + Full-body rendered Chibi($16) + Full-body lineart($18) + Headshot flat($15)
> Another example could be(dupe included): Bust up flat x2($40) + Full-body lineart($18) + Headshot flat($15)
In the end, both examples would cost only $50

Terms of service

*Please take note that I only do commissions in the form of digital art currentlyI am also going to address a few questions you may have first:Q: Where do I contact you for commissions?

Q: What if I don't use either platforms often?
A: Feel free to contact me by either of the two prior and list platforms you frequent, if there is any in common, we can negotiate there.

A = Artist
B = Commissioner/Client

SECTION 1: Prior to commission and after receiving finalized work

  1. There is a queue. So if B wishes to be prioritized, there will be an additional cost of $10

  2. Ai topics will result in the termination of the negotiation. For example, [a discussion about the use of AI as A's reference for commission work]

  3. After B receives the final artwork, they are not permitted to insert it into AI, claim it as their own work, sell/resell, or trace the piece.

  4. After B receives the final artwork, they can share the artwork with full credit to A

  5. A reserves the right to publically display the final artwork. For exceptions, refer to S(2) T(VIII)

  6. A reserves the right to cancel and/or refute a commission without an explanation

  7. B will receive the artwork via email

  8. B reserves the right to use the art as a gift (non-watermarked version)

  9. There will be no refunds if A has completed/started the artwork

  10. If B is a global client, B will pay for PayPal's transfer fee

SECTION 2: The negotiation process

  1. B must actively communicate with A during artwork progress for changes [without charge] in the sketch

  2. Changes during the colored/rendered are charged with an additional 5% of finalized work

  3. B will pay half of the commission price prior to receiving the sketch and then may decide whether they would like to continue with the commission

  4. B will pay the final half of the commission price prior to receiving the final artwork

  5. B must specify what they want to the best of their ability. Including: pose, background, dynamic, colors, mood, canvas shape/size (etc.)

  6. B must specify the time frame. However it must be 2 weeks or more after final negotiations

  7. If B requests for A to rush the artwork, there will be an additional rush fee which will be 15% of the finalized price

  8. If B requests for a confidential commission (meaning I will not publically display the finalized work), B will be charged an extra 10% of the finalized artwork's price

SECTION 3: Purpose of commission

  1. If B's purpose of the commission is for themself, they will be charged at the normal price

  2. If B's purpose of the commission is for commercial reasons such as advertising, the price will be doubled

SECTION 4: Prices - Global vs Local

  1. Due to differences in the economy, locals (Cambodians) will be charged at the normal price

  2. Global clients will be charged 130% of the finalized price. This means that it is not an addition of 130% which may actually lead to 230% but instead is an addition of 30%. For example: If the finalized (local) price for the commission was $35 (rendered full-body with no add-ons), it would be $45.5 for global clients.

  3. To add on to S(4) T(II) if there were add ons, it will be added into original price then it can be considered the finalized price. For example: if the finalized (local) price was $35 (rendered full-body) then it will be multiplied by 160% which makes it $56 (rendered full-body with background). Then we can multiply it by 130% for global clients which will result in a $72.8 for global clients.

Feel free to ask questions regarding the prices in case anything does not make sense. However, I do not appreciate it if one questions me about my choice to do dual pricing.
